Summary
In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, while Oxa's core industry was spared direct impacts, we grappled with operational challenges ranging from facilities management to employee well-being. Appointed by the COO in March 2020, I was a key member of the 'COBRA' team, a cross-functional group, entrusted with steering the company through these tumultuous times, prioritising urgent measures and facilitating their execution.
Objectives
(1) Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
(2) Employee Well-being: Foster a safe and supportive work environment during the pandemic.
(3) Communication Enhancement: Boost internal communication to maintain team cohesion for remote workers
Execution

Collaborated with the CEO, COO, Facilities Lead, and HR team to address business resumption
