Summary
Recognising a significant gender disparity within Oxa, the Head of Talent and I jointly initiated a project to bolster our equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) standards. Our goal was to enhance global talent attraction, empower our workforce, and inspire change within the wider technology sector.
Objectives
(1) Data-Driven Insight: Conduct workplace audits and gather feedback to understand the current EDI landscape
(2) Strategic Engagement & Education: Formulate actionable EDI goals, KPIs, and organise educational initiatives
(3) Inclusive Recruitment & Branding: Reframe hiring processes and brand to deeply embed & reflect EDI values
Execution

Collaborated with the Head of Talent, HR Manager, and VP of People

Conducted a workplace audit and partnered with Inclusive Companies on an Employee Engagement Survey

Launched internal voice groups (covering areas like sexuality, religion, gender) and organised regular meetings
